Abstract: The change in the training of pedagogical specialists in the context of the ideas of the new social intelligence and societal needs is topical. Children’s mental intelligence quotient increases by more than 20 points, while their social-emotional skills weigh down and an abyss arises between them. Modern social neurology supports the need for change due to the influence of communication on our biological, health and mental state.

From an early age, children need building material for their social-emotional growth, for the formation of a need to navigate the social world, and not just get A’s.

The level of social intelligence of pedagogical specialists is of great importance when interacting with adolescents.

This depends on the nature of the socio-emotional academic environment, professional training and realization. The formation of goals and especially the final goals with a professional orientation and raising the level of their social intelligence is of great importance.

This constantly changes the character of their communication, interaction, connection with others, stimulates academic, professional pedagogical success and satisfaction.

The goals for expanding social relationships both in the academic environment and in kindergarten and school, changes in one’s own views, thinking, knowledge and skills related to the diverse pedagogical reality are significant.

There are two basic factors: the individual significance of the expected results and self-efficacy, the belief that they have been achieved.

This requires a hierarchical system of goals, an organized structure of pedagogical competences, the specification and operationalization of which includes unused resources with potential opportunities in the academic and school environment.

The qualitative change responds to the current social needs for collective awakening, to expand the circle of “Us” and reduce the number of “Them”
