Abstract: The application of pre-made tests in educational and professional settings is often touted for its time-saving benefits, allowing educators and administrators to streamline assessment processes. This study explores the balance between the efficiency gained from using pre-made tests and the potential compromises in effectiveness. The purpose of this paper is to reflect the challenges faced by teachers from the use of tests purchased from websites towards learning outcomes in the fulfillment of competences in the subject of the Albanian language While pre-made tests can significantly reduce the time required for test creation and standardize evaluation metrics, they may not fully align with specific learning objectives or individual student needs, potentially impacting the overall effectiveness of assessments. This analysis examines empirical data and case studies to evaluate the extent to which time savings influence educational outcomes, a total of ten primary school teachers who work with tests purchased online participated in this research.
From the obtained results we see that the disadvantages are greater than the advantages of using these tests.
