Summary:
PURPOSE
Determining criteria for distinguishing artificial intelligence production and human creation
METHOD
Some experiments were conducted through artificial intelligence. The relevant literature was reviewed.
FINDINGS
Artificial intelligence plays an important role in many areas today. This role is more effective in the processing of existing knowledge and production. Scientific creation and artistic creation are different processes from production. Eureka, that is, the process of invention and creation, requires a human instrument in addition to the existing knowledge accumulation. This instrument is not the random or intentional union of a plural collected mind. Creation and invention emerge with the necessity of the individual human instrument, knowledge-emotion, accumulation and situations, intuitions; needs and priorities. Today, the use of artificial intelligence in art has become widespread. A work that has not been used in computer technology or photography technology is almost considered primitive. Exhibitions consisting of works designed by artificial intelligence are opened and competitions are organized. Artistic creation is not the ability to give commands. Today, it is not possible to distinguish an original, human-designed work of art from a product designed by artificial intelligence. Ethical violations and copyright problems may occur more in the coming period due to artificial intelligence. Original, human-created works may be more sought after. If artificial intelligence and human-created works have concrete, distinctive qualities, they should be determined.
RESULTS
The ethical-aesthetic and technical privileges of artistic creation have been questioned from the formation process to the work. It has been discussed how artificial intelligence can direct the perception of art, art education and human development.
